The Centre for Cardiovascular Genomics and Medicine (CCGM) was established in 2018 under the Lui Che Woo Institute of Innovative Medicine (LCWIIM), The Chinese University of Hong Kong. It is committed to pursuing basic and clinical research, fostering translational discoveries in cardiovascular diseases, and facilitating development of precision medicine and therapeutics. The Centre is looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow who has passion for science and translational medicine.
Applicants should have/be (i) a PhD degree in Biomedical Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics or related disciplines; (ii) proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese); (iii) a good team player, and (iv) a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience with genetics, genomics, statistics and/or bioinformatics is preferred.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
