The Centre for Clinical Research and Biostatistics is seeking a Research Assistant who is interested in supporting the development of innovative technologies and co-ordinating local/international clinical research and data management projects.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Science; (ii) effective organisational, interpersonal, project management and time management skills; and (iii) high proficiency in written English. Knowledge of statistical and computer programming is preferred.
Duties include (a) conducting and assisting in administrative tasks related to project management; (b) assisting in local and international clinical research projects for developing pharmaceutical products/medical devices; (c) participating in protocol development, case report form design, data documentation, data management, and multi-centres study co-ordination; and (d) performing other job-related ad-hoc tasks.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
