Applicants should be/have (i) a Master’s degree in Social Work or related disciplines, plus four years’ post-qualification experience; (ii) a registered Social Worker, with at least three years’ post-registration work experience, preferably related to palliative care or geriatrics; (iii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); (iv) good communication skills; (v) good computer skills; (vi) the ability to multitask and work independently; and (vii) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
The appointee will be responsible for a project about end-of-life care for people with intellectual disabilities. Duties include (a) clinical assessment; (b) clinical consultation; (c) assisting in project management; and (d) performing other tasks as assigned.
