The Faculty of Medicine at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) invites applications for appointment as Professional Consultant in the School of Pharmacy (https://pharmacy.cuhk.edu.hk).
Applicants should (i) have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Pharmacy or related medical, science, engineering or business discipline; (ii) have at least 10 years of experience in pharmacy practice and/or drug regulation and business development, including experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical and healthcare industries; (iii) be a registered pharmacist (or equivalent qualification in medical sector) in his/her country of residence; (iii) evidence of leadership and collaborative interactions in pharmacy practice; and (iv) excellent oral and written communication skills.
Applicants should also have excellent communication skills in English, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teaching.
Duties include:
(a) Teaching subjects in the Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) and postgraduate programmes;
(b) Developing and supervising practice or science-based clerkships;
(c) Developing eLearning and other innovative learning platforms;
(d) Developing innovative and experiential learning platforms;
(e) Providing service to the School, Faculty, University and the scientific/professional discipline; and
(f) Other duties as assigned by the School Director.
