The Department is now seeking tutor(s) for its MSc Programme in Finance.
Applicants should have (i) a good Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, a PhD degree is a plus; (ii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua); (iii) good presentation skills; (iv) a meticulous attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal and management skill; and (v) willingness to work under pressure.
The appointee is expected to (a) deliver administrative support to lecturers; (b) conduct tutorials; (c) prepare course materials; (d) grade assignments and objective examination questions; (e) provide student consultation/supervision; (f) and other academic activities as assigned. The appointee is required to assist in lectures in the weekday evening and on Saturday.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for two years, renewable subject to mutual agreement and good performance. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
